Standard Space Rate: $1200
All booths are 8’x10’.
Special deal: If exhibitors would like to attend conference meetings and meals, individuals may register at a discounted rate of $200 (limit of five).

The items can be received no earlier than March 11, 2012. All shipments are subject to handling fees as outlined below.
Fed Ex and UPS have standard pick ups at the hotel Monday to Friday. Other pickups must be scheduled with the carrier.
